A tone of impatience in the headlines

I'm starting to see language like "drags on" in some headlines regarding the conflict in Libya. I think we all need to stop and remember that this is their home we (read the US and "coalition" forces) are jacking with. Whether Gadhafi should stay or go should be a question for the Libyans to answer, not a decision made by foreigners and carried out by their respective militaries. I guess the writers expected it to be over by day x and any time beyond whatever date they set in their brains means it's taking too long. We're not living there, they are. As much as we'd like to be sympathetic, we're not going through it, they are. This is real life, not CALL TO DUTY®.
